the 2006 best of is a more than adequate summary of the 10 years johnny marr and bernard sumner spent making music, and features every a-side, two top b-sides, and possibly their finest song in twisted tenderness. however, there are still many more b-sides and single mixes which remain commercially unavailable, and it would be great if they were reissued together in a concise, economical fashion. one option would be two-disc editions of their three albums, each featuring all the b-sides with remixes, rarities and outtakes. click on each image to see a larger version.
